Mountain Thunder Lodge is also equipped with Needle Point Bipolar Ionization (NPBI) in hallway and lobby HVAC systems. Similar systems are used at Google Headquarters, John Hopkins Hospital, LAX international airport as well as Commercial Airlines and Schools to help increase indoor air quality. Air exposed to negative and positive ions through NPBI has effects on pathogens which disrupts the surface proteins and inactivates them. This NPBI system along with Social Distancing practices has been put in place to try and create a safer environment at Mountain Thunder Lodge and Townhomes.

Compass Explorers
Paintbox attendants will get children ready and excited for their big day on the slopes. They will gear up your Explorer with skis or snowboard, boots and snow gear and will personally accompany your Explorer to and from Montage Big Sky and Big Sky Resort’s Mountain Sports Schools. Available to resort guests ages 4-12 years old who have morning or afternoon group ski or snowboarding lessons at Big Sky Resort. Reservations are required.
