With 20+ years in design, technology, and strategy, she builds systems that help teams work efficiently and give travelers a smooth experience.

Solving messy operational problems is her specialty. She starts off by figuring out what people actually need and then builds solutions that make sense. A lifelong artist (the paint-and-canvas kind), she approaches technical challenges creatively and designs tools that feel natural to use, and don’t require a user manual.
